The Report submitted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 15th Court, Calcutta dated 24.07.2023, stated that the present petitioner i.e. Md. Israfil Khan in G.R. case No. 188 of 1993 arising out of Taltala Police Station Case No. 31 dated 18.01.1993 has been acquitted vide order dated 17.04.2009. The said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
