Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The other coaccused was discharged. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offences, the complicity of the petitioner therein and the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 7597 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
