Considering the gravity of the offence and the materials in the case diary and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are of the view that the immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3810 of 2022 is dismissed.
