1. Trial is in progress. Out of 15 charge sheeted witnesses, one was examined at the trial.

2. Private opposite parties were enlarged on interim bail initially and subsequently confirmed after a year.

3. No incident of post bail misconduct is brought to our notice.

4. Order granting interim bail contains reasons for grant of the same. Police case is dated March 20, 2022.

5. Conclusion of the trial in the near future does not seen to be a possibility at this stage.

6. In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the order granting interim bail which was subsequently confirmed.
