The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the matter. The present revisional application has been preferred against the impugned criminal proceeding being NDPS Case No. 52 of 2018 arising out of Lalgola P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 dated 06.02.2018 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending before the learned Judge, Special Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment. Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
