The present revision of the year 2019 has been preferred against an order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 6th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in connection with case no. N240 of 2017 arising out of Baguiati P.S. Case No. 672 of 2017 dated 12.10.2017 under Sections 21 (b)(ii)(c)/29 of the NDPS Act.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, let Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of on merits with the direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
