This matter has come at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the description given in the cause title of the order dated 29th July, 2024 which includes the Police Station. However, in the description of the said order, inadvertently the concerned Police Station namely, "Usthi Police Station Case No. 434 of 2018 dated 17.10.2018 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code" has not been mentioned.

The description of the cause title of the order dated 29th July, 2024 shall be corrected accordingly.

Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected. 4.

In view of the correction, time to appear before the learned Trial Court is extended for one week from date.
