Act and Sections 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act.

Bhattacharya ..... for de facto complainant We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses and other materials show petitioner is a habitual offender and pilfered petroleum products causing wrongful loss to the Corporation and wrongful gain to themselves. In view of the aforesaid offence and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
