The present case was registered under the provisions of Sections 341/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Records which have been placed before this court reflect that the present petitioners namely, Kiran Deb Sharma and Jharna Deb Sharma were granted bail on 23rd December, 2015. However, they were found absent on several occasions as such on 04.01.2022, warrant of arrest was issued against them.

The petitioners will appear before the court on or before 14th July, 2023. In case they appear and surrender before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas the learned court will allow them to continue on the same bail and bond and recall the warrant of arrest earlier issued.

Conditions may be imposed by the learned court in seisin of the matter to ensure their appearance in future.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2854 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
