1. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in T.I. Parade. Co-accused who were not part of the decoity have been enlarged on bail. Petitioner cannot claim parity with them.

2. In view of the principal role played by the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
