The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the order dated August 04, 2022. In the first line of the second page of the said order, after the word "Sri", the word "Ram" shall be inserted.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction as directed above in the said order as well as in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Time to cure the defects in verification of the pleadings and in the affidavit of the affidavits-in-chief of the defendants is extended for a further period of two weeks from date.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
