The present revisional application of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for setting aside of the order dated 16.07.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah in connection with Misc. Case No. 171 of 2013 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

It appears that by the order under revision the learned Magistrate had passed an order to the effect that the order from the Hon'ble Court had not yet been received and, as such, had fixed a date for awaiting order from the Hon'ble Court. Vide order dated 08.04.2019 a Coordinate Bench of this Court had passed an order in CRR 3423 of 2018 passing necessary directions while disposing of the revisional application. Considering the nature of the prayer, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate will dispose of the proceedings pending before it as per the order and direction of the Hon'ble Court, within a period of one month from the date of this order.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
