Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that there has been interference by the private respondents particularly with regard to enjoyment of the property in respect of cultivation of their land. According to the petitioners, in spite of information, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that no formal application for police assistance during harvesting was advanced in the year 2024 was submitted.

Be that as it may, since the issue is relating to cultivation and harvesting of crops, police authorities would not interfere with the same except to the extent that if there is any crisis in

land and order, they would ensure that there is no breach of the peace.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17273 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
