It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has expired.

The learned counsel for the CBI has filed a copy of the petition before the trial Court wherein it is stated that the petitioner herein expired on 15.06.2023. As the death of the petitioner is not disputed, the learned counsel for the CBI is granted leave to file a copy of this petition which be made part of the record.

In view of the said fact, the present case abates in respect of the petitioner and the revisional application is disposed of accordingly.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
