Mr. Dhananjay Banerjee Ms. Tanuja Banerjee ... for the petitioners Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State Learned advocate on record appearing for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to pray for quashing of the proceeding as the trial before the trial court is due to commence and he does not wish to proceed with his prayer for quashing but he prays for direction upon the trial court to dispose of the trial expeditiously.

As the learned counsel for the State is not present and the revisional application is being disposed of, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned empanelled Advocate of the State present in court is appointed to represent the State.

Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularise her appointment.

Accordingly, on prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction upon the trial court to dispose of the case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of framing of charge.
