We have gone through the letter of complaint dated 4.5.2022. The complaint is bereft of date and time when such threat was held out.

Under such circumstances we do not find any merit in the application.

Application for cancellation of bail is dismissed. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
