Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are at least three police cases as against the petitioner involving Arms Act and the Explosive Substances Act. The present police case involves the Arms Act. Given the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3812 of 2022 is dismissed.
