It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in CRR 2522/204 that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has declined to accept the fine amount of Rs. 50,000/- on the plea that the order dated February 7, 2023 passed in this revisional application mandated that each of the petitioners in the said revisional application had been directed to pay Rs. 50,000/-. I clarify that the order dated February 7, 2023 was clear, when the Court directed "to deposit Rs. 50,000/- by the petitioners," there was no scope to read that each of the petitioners had to pay Rs. 50,000/- as fine.

The Kolkata Municipal Corporation should accept Rs. 50,000/- for all the petitioners in CRR 2522/2004. Time to make the deposit is extended by ten days from date.
