Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that direction may be given upon the concerned authority of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking final decision on petitioner's general transfer application dated 8th September, 2022 since the said transfer application has been forwarded by the concerned District Inspector of

Schools (SE), North 24 -Parganas to the office of the Commission on 15th September, 2022. In support of such contention, reliance is placed on a document which is at page 22 of the writ petition.

Respondents are represented by the learned advocates and it has been jointly submitted on their behalf that perhaps contemporaneous decision could not be taken on transfer application of the petitioner dated 8th September, due to suspension of Utshasree portal with effect from 29th September, 2022.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, writ petition stands disposed of directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission being the respondent no. 3 to take decision on transfer application of petitioner dated 8th September, by four weeks from the date of communication of this order and decision to be taken by respondent no.

shall be communicated to petitioner by one week thereafter.

However, it is made clear that transfer application of petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utshasree portal. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
