Learned advocate for the alleged contemnor has filed affidavit of compliance. Let the same be kept with the record. It reveals from the compliance report that the private respondent of the writ petition had preferred a S.L.P. before the Hon'ble Supreme Court being, Civil Appeal No.6102 of 2019 (Dr. Sridip Chatterjee Vs. Dr. Gopa Chakraborty & Ors.) and vide order dated 6th August, 2019, the Hon'ble Supreme Court had set aside the order passed by this Court.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court nothing remains in the contempt application.

Hence, the W.P.C.R.C. 128 of 2017 is dismissed.
