Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition making a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the Secretary, West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission/respondent no.4 to hold the election of delegates and Board of Directors which according to the petitioner is due. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.17811 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to expedite the election process and conclude the election of the delegates and Board of Directors of the society in accordance with law within six months from the date of communication of this order.
