The Inspector-in-Charge, Katwa Police Station has filed a report dated 20th November 2022 and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that there is bad blood between the petitioner and the private respondents. There is a charge sheet being Katwa Police Station Charge Sheet No.377/2021 dated 15th November 2021 under Sections 498A/325/34 of the IPC against the petitioner. Likewise, on the complaint of the petitioner against the private respondents Katwa Police Station Case No.554/2022 dated 15th August 2022 under Sections 323/325/506/509 of the IPC has been registered and Katwa Police Station Charge Sheet No.472/2022 dated 22nd September 2022 has been filed. In these circumstances, Katwa Police shall maintain a strict vigil over the area and ensure that there is no breach of peace.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
