This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioner since certain typographical errors have been mistakenly crept in the order dated 2nd July, 2025. 2.

Ms. Chatterjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has correctly pointed out that the date of the charge sheet has been erroneously written as '18th April, 2021' in place and instead of '18th April, 2001'. The date of the charge sheet shall be read as '18th April, 2001' wherever it appears in the order dated 2nd July, 2025. 3.

Ms. Chatterjee has further pointed out that in the fifth line of paragraph '8' of that order, the number of the writ petition have been erroneously recorded as 'WP 16695 (W) of 2006' in place and instead of 'WP 3589 (W) of 2006'. 4.

The errors are typographical and correction of the same is ministerial in nature.

Accordingly, the office is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order dated 2nd July, 2025.

6. Let this order be read in conjunction with the order dated 2nd July, 2025.
