Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with further liberty to file a fresh writ petition on same cause of action on the ground of certain defects in the writ petition. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 18485 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
