In the judgment dated December 1, 2025 passed in MAT No. 1407 of 2024 with IA No. CAN 1 of 2024, in the list of names of counsel, the name of Ms. Manju Bhuteria was recorded but the order erroneously omitted to mention her designation as a Senior Advocate. Also, the name of Ms. Arundhuti Barman Roy was omitted from the list of counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 20.
