Perusal of the case report along with the impugned order revealed that the petitioner did not take any steps to appear before the Court in compliance of the order and time was granted to file an order of stay of the Hon'ble High Court. There was no reason for the petitioner not to appear before the Trial Court and thereafter contest the application filed under Section 205 of the Cr.PC.

Under such circumstances, the order of stay granted by this Court is vacated and the revisional application is dismissed. Let a copy of the order be transmitted to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2601 of 2006 is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
