The issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed by this Court today (26.09.2025) in WPA 16828 of 2025 (Suraj Barman & Ors. Vs. National Medical Commission and Ors.) therefore the said order shall govern this matter also. With the above, WPA 17166 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
