Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent of the charges and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case being Battala PS Case No.63 dated 03.02.2014.

I find that the charge-sheet was submitted in connection with the instant case in the year 2018.

The materials and the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. are not enclosed with the present revisional application.

Accordingly, no interference is called for.

The petitioners would be at liberty to canvass the points advanced in the present revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.
