In view of the facts of repeated nonappearance and failure to comply with the Court's directions, it is conclusively inferred that the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the instant matter.

Considering the protracted duration for which this matter has remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 3198 of 2002 shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
