1. Considering the statement of the injured directly implicating the petitioners in the commission of the alleged offence, as would appear from the case diary and the injury is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
