Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of direction being passed, the private respondents have been constructing temporary structure for celebrating their festival.

State has submitted a report of BL&LRO, Kalna-I, Purba Bardhaman which reflects that Plot No. 1319 is a vested land.

In view of the aforesaid, let the representation dated 25.07.2025 which has been made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Purba Bardhaman be considered and communication be made to the petitioner within a week from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 17281 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
