Pursuant to an advertisement published by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited on 25th November, 2018, the petitioner applied for obtaining Retail Outlet Dealership at Sagarpara, District-Murshidabad under the 'OPEN' category.

According to the petitioner, the aforesaid process for selection of Retail Outlet Dealership has not been concluded till date.

The instant writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondent Company to conclude the selection process initiated by the advertisement dated 25th November, 2018 strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall be intimated the fate of his application immediately thereafter.

W.P.A 18508 of 2021 stands disposed of.
