1. Reliefs sought for in the present writ petition tantamount to multiplying the larger issue which has already been seized of by this Court. It will be well open to the petitioner to intervene in the pending writ petition wherein the larger issue with regard to violence and other illegal activities which are alleged to have taken place at the Panchayat Election.

2. With the above observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
