Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors has placed a communication dated 20th September, 2024 issued by the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal.

In the said order, it has been directed the Managing Director of West Bengal Transport Corporation to issue letters of appointment to two petitioners. The same is kept with the record. 3.

In view of the above, this Court finds that the order in question has been complied with.

In those circumstances, nothing further remains to be considered in the instant contempt application.

5. W.P.C.R.C. No. 116 of 2024 shall stand disposed of. 6.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

7. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
