Mr. Sumitava Chakraborti, Ms. Malati Kumari ....for the Petitioner Mr. Alak Kumar Ghosh, Mr. Gopal Chandra Das, Ms. Ananya Das ....for the KMC The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the refusal of the respondent authorities to pass an order in respect of the representation filed by the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a hearing notice dated 8th May, 2025 and a hearing being held by and between the petitioner the respondent Corporation, no final order has yet been passed by the respondent Corporation.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent Corporation that the writ petition is misconceived and the petitioner has no right, title and interest in respect of the subject premises.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA 17199 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to act in furtherance of the impugned notice dated 8th May, 2025 and to pass a reasoned order within two month from the date of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open for the respondent Corporation to decide in accordance with law.
