Considering the fact that the petitioner before us is the husband and considering the fact that the police complaint was lodged within four years of marriage and considering the statement of the neighbours recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
