Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record including statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which implicates the petitioner in the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022. There is no substantial change in the circumstances since then. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
