Learned advocate for the State submits that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotics seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act.

Under the circumstances, we are unable to grant the petitioner bail.

The application for bail being CRM No.7614 of 2021 under section 439 CrPC is thus rejected.
