In view of the letter issued by the Sub-Inspector of Schools bearing memo no. R/S-78 dated 23.05.2023 this court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. The petitioner has to comply with the letter of the said Sub-Inspector of Schools, Khardah South Circle within a period of two weeks from date. With the above observation and direction this writ application is dismissed.
