Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 3rd April, 2025.

In the cause title portion of the judgment dated 3rd April, 2025 "For the Respondent No. 2 Mrs. Gopa Das Mukherjee and For the Respondents No.1 Mr. Rajesh Singh" shall be read as "For the Respondents No.1 Mrs. Gopa Das Mukherjee and For the Respondents No.2 Mr. Rajesh Singh".

Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in judgment dated 3rd April, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
