The parties have filed a joint compromise application praying for recording compromise and passing necessary order in connection with G.R. Case No.5014 of 2017.

On perusal of the copy of the charge-sheet which is annexed with the instant revisional application, I find that charge-sheet was filed against the petitioner under Sections 341/323/325/506 of the

Indian Penal Code. The said case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court at Howrah.

The charge-sheeted offences are compoundable in nature. Therefore, there is no predicament in recording compromise of G.R.Case No.5014 of 2017.

Under such circumstances, the compromise application is accepted. The revision is disposed of on the basis of the compromise. The learned Magistrate, 6th Court at Howrah is directed to drop further proceedings in G.R. Case No.5014 of 2017 on the basis of the order passed by this Court.

The parties are at liberty to act upon the server copy of the order.
