The writ petitioner is aggrieved by repossession of vehicle taken on hire purchase from the respondent nos. 3 to

5. Such repossession was done in September, 2021. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 09.11.2021 and the police have expressed inability to assist the petitioner in that regard.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the police since the complaint itself is belated.

Be that as it may, the terms and conditions of hire purchase are recorded under a private contract between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 3 to 5. There is no public element involved in the matter.

Reserving rights of the parties against one and another in statutory or fora civil, the writ petition is dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
