1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail having been turned down vide order dated 21.11.2019 in CRM 10838 of 2019, the present petition for anticipatory bail on the ground of filing of charge-sheet is not maintainable, inasmuch as filing of charge-sheet is not a supervening circumstance.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

4. The application being CRM (A) 3090 of 2023 is dismissed.

5. However the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court of jurisdictional magistrate in the G.R. Case arising out of the aforesaid P.S. Case within 15 days from today by giving three days advance notice to the learned PP/APP attached to the
