Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the ad interim injunction passed in T.S.175 of 2024 and subsequently in an application under Section 151 of C.P.C. police authorities were directed to ensure that the order of ad interim injunction is not violated. There has been flagrant violation at the behest of the private respondents and in spite of informing the police authorities, no steps were taken. On the other hand, report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Onda Police Station reflects that the police authorities have taken appropriate steps particularly on the basis of the complaint, Onda P.S. Case No.187 of 2025 dated 13.07.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Grievance of the petitioners is that the property which is the subject matter is not taken care of by the police authorities in spite of directions of the

civil court. In case the police authorities are facing inconveniences, they will report to the civil court. The civil court would assess regarding the breach of any order so passed. The police authorities would ensure that in case of any violation of the law and order, they would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 17388 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
