This is an application for special leave to appeal filed on 13th July, 2017 assailing the judgment and order of acquittal dated 18th April, 2017 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Paschim Medinipore. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. It is found from the record that on previous occasion also the petitioner did not appear to pursue his case. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, the application for special leave to appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
