The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamp and Revenue being the respondent no. 4 herein, to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 25th July, 2022. The representation is for appointment on compassionate ground after the petitioner's father died-in-harness. It appears from the records that the petitioner has made several representations from 2014 till 2022, none of which was considered by the authority in question. WPA 17852 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 4, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25th July, 2022 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period

of four weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order.
