The records of the case reflect that in WPA 13550 of 2021 by an order dated 19.01.2022 directions were passed by a Co-ordinate Bench wherein it reflects that a Hon'ble Division Bench by an order dated December, 3, 2021 had taken care of the grievance of the petitioner.

Mr. Yusuf, learned AGP, appears on behalf of the State.

It has been informed that in connection with Karaya PS Case No. 171 dated 26.07.2024, already charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional

court.

Having considered that proceedings are pending before a court of law, in case, the petitioner is faced with any inconveniences and insecurity, he would bring the same to the notice of the jurisdictional court which will pass necessary orders as he/she deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18228 of 2024 is disposed of.
