The report submitted by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia dated 15.09.2023 through the District Judge, Nadia stated that the G.R. Case No. 114/2001 was committed to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyani, Nadia on 25.03.2013 and the next date was fixed on 29.05.2013. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed being aggrieved by the order dated 1st July, 2011 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia rejecting the absent petition filed by the petitioner and issued a warrant of arrest against the petitioner.

Perused the petition as well as the impugned order, this court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for further action.
