The present revisional application was preferred against the order dated 29.07.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur in connection with Case No.59 Misc. (Ex) of 2011 wherein the learned court was pleased to issue warrant of arrest against the petitioner vide order dated 30.08.2011. Records of this revisional application reflect that on 29.09.2011, there was a direction for release of the petitioner subject to deposit of Rs.2,500/-.

So far as the execution case is concerned, no interference is called for as the quantum was settled by the learned court and no dispute was there regarding the dues, which remain unpaid. Further, no compliance/intimation has been given to this Court for further consideration. Accordingly, no interference is called for. Thus, CRR 2875 of 2011 is dismissed.
