Abdul Salam, son of late Hazi Sk. Unus Ali has been died on 11th July, 2020, who challenged the order dated 18.05.2017 of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur passed in connection with Panskura Police Station Case No. 350/15 dated 23.07.2017 under Sections 341/323/307/379/506/34 of Indian Penal Code whereby he accepted the charge-sheet filed on 30.11.2015 as "F.R as false, no clue." After death of the petitioner, this revisional application now becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application and attached application CRAN 1 of 2025 are dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

There is no order as to costs.
